1:1 Cycle Support
Supportive, embodied care for those tired of fixing, optimizing, and pushing through.
These sessions are an invitation to slow down, listen, and work with your body rather than against it. Together, we’ll explore what your cycle is communicating and how to support yourself in a way that feels sustainable, grounded, and embodied.
The fact is, most of us are taught to relate to our cycles through management and correction.
And when symptoms persist, it can start to feel like your body is failing you — or that you’re missing something.
Often, what’s missing isn’t another fix.
It’s support.
Support is not passive.
It’s what allows change to settle, patterns to soften, and trust to rebuild.
Instead of chasing quick fixes, this work offers:
Sessions may include cycle awareness, gentle education, somatic practices, reflection, and practical integration — always guided by where you are and what you need.
This is not about pushing, fixing, or forcing change. It’s about cultivating awareness, trust, and a more attuned relationship with your body.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this coaching, therapy, or medical care?
This work is educational and supportive in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While we may discuss cycle patterns, hormones, and the body, this work does not replace care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
If you are working with a healthcare provider, this support can complement that care. If at any time you need mental health support, I can provide referrals.
Who would benefit from this support?
This work may be a good fit if you:
-
feel overwhelmed or disconnected from your cycle or body
-
are tired of trying to fix your body
-
want support without pressure or urgency
-
are curious about listening instead of forcing
Do I need to be tracking my cycle already?
No. You’re welcome whether you’re actively tracking, just beginning, or simply curious. If tracking feels supportive, we can explore simple, gentle ways to begin — always at your pace.
What happens in a session?

How do I know which option is right for me?
If you’re new or have a specific question, a single session is a great place to start.
If you’re seeking ongoing support, the multi-session containers offer a slower, more integrated approach.
You’re also welcome to reach out if you’d like help choosing.
How often do we meet?
Depending on the option you choose, sessions are either monthly or biweekly. We’ll schedule sessions in advance and adjust as needed within the container.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
Sessions are currently offered in person. Virtual appointments are possible if needed.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling when possible. Late cancellations or missed sessions may count toward your package.
Do the session packages expire?
Yes. To support consistency and spacious pacing:
3-session packages are to be used within 4 months
6-session packages within 4 months
12-session packages within 7 months
If something unexpected arises, you’re welcome to reach out.
Is this work right for me if I’m dealing with hormone imbalance or cycle challenges?
This work can be supportive alongside medical care by helping you build awareness, regulation, and self-trust. It is not diagnostic or prescriptive. If you have concerns about symptoms or health conditions, working with a healthcare provider is recommended.
Can I upgrade to a longer container later?
Yes. If you start with a single session or shorter package, you’re welcome to move into a longer container later if it feels aligned.
How do I get started?
